Using Interiorsahihai What we do What we don’t do How we review designers For homeowners For designers Reviews Please don’t Our right to make changes Content Our responsibility Changes and law
In short
  • Interiorsahihai introduces homeowners to independent interior designers. Any agreement for design work is between you and the designer.
  • We review designers before listing them, but we can’t guarantee their work, prices or timelines. Please make your own checks before you pay anyone.
  • When you ask for a quote, your contact details are shared with designers, so they can contact you.
  • Be honest and respectful. We may remove profiles, reviews or enquiries that aren’t.
  • We may change these terms, our features, offers, profiles and badges at any time, unless we have signed a separate written agreement with you.
Section 1

Using Interiorsahihai

These terms apply to everyone who uses this website: homeowners, designers and visitors. By using the website, you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

Section 2

What we do

We show profiles and portfolios of interior designers, and pass enquiries from homeowners to them. Using Interiorsahihai to find a designer and ask for quotes is free for homeowners.

We may add new features, including paid features for designers. If anything is ever charged, we’ll say so clearly beforehand.

Section 3

What we don’t do

Interiorsahihai is not an interior designer, contractor or agent. Designers listed here are independent businesses. So:

  • We are not part of any agreement, quotation or payment between you and a designer.
  • We don’t design, supervise or carry out any work, and we don’t handle any payments for it.
  • We are not responsible for a designer’s work, materials, prices, delays, cost overruns, behaviour or disputes.
  • Prices shown on profiles are indicative ranges given by designers. Your actual quote comes from the designer.
  • Designers decide for themselves when and how to respond to an enquiry.
Section 4

How we review designers

Before a profile goes live, we look at the designer’s portfolio, business details and client feedback, to the best of our ability. This is a careful first check, not a guarantee or an endorsement.

Before you sign or pay, we encourage you to meet the designer, see their past work, get a written quotation and agreement, and pay in stages as work progresses rather than all at once.

Section 5

For homeowners

  • When you send an enquiry, you agree that we share it, including your name, phone number and email, with the designer you chose or with designers in your city.
  • Please give correct details, and send enquiries only for real projects.
  • If you have a bad experience with a designer, please tell us. We take it seriously, and may act on their profile.
Section 6

For designers

  • Everything on your profile must be true and up to date: your work, experience, prices and business details.
  • Upload only photos of projects you worked on, and that you have the right to share. By uploading, you allow us to show them on Interiorsahihai and to use them to promote your profile and Interiorsahihai, for example on social media.
  • Use a homeowner’s details only to talk to them about their project. Don’t share them, sell them, or add them to marketing lists.
  • Respond to enquiries honestly and professionally.
  • We may decline an application, or edit, pause or remove a profile, for example after complaints, or if information turns out to be false.
Section 7

Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on real experience. Designers must not write their own reviews, pay for them, or pressure anyone to leave one. We read reviews before they appear, and may decline or remove ones that look fake, abusive or unrelated. A review is the reviewer’s own opinion, not ours.

Section 8

Please don’t

  • Give false information, or pretend to be someone else.
  • Send spam, or contact people for anything other than their project.
  • Post anything abusive, misleading, or that belongs to someone else.
  • Copy content from the website in bulk, or try to break or misuse it.

We may block access, or remove content, for anyone who does.

Section 9

Our right to make changes

Interiorsahihai is growing, and situations change. So we keep the full right to change, pause or withdraw, at any time and at our discretion, depending on the circumstances:

  • These terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • Any feature, service, offer, promotion or price, including any free or introductory offer.
  • Designer profiles and listings: what is shown, in what order, and whether a profile is live.
  • Badges and labels such as “Verified”, and the checks behind them. A badge can be added, changed or removed if new information comes to light.
  • How enquiries are matched and shared with designers, and how reviews are shown.

The only exception is anything we have agreed in a separate written agreement signed with you individually. Where that agreement covers something, it applies instead of these terms, for that thing only.

Section 10

Content

The Interiorsahihai name, logo, design and writing on this website belong to us. Portfolio photos belong to the designers who uploaded them.

Section 11

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the website accurate and running smoothly, but we provide it “as is”, and can’t promise it will always be error-free or available. As far as the law allows, Interiorsahihai is not responsible for any loss that comes from using the website or from dealing with a designer. If we are ever found responsible, our total liability is limited to what you paid us to use the website in the 12 months before the claim.

Section 12

Changes and law

We may update these terms as Interiorsahihai grows. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the website after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, please write to us first. Most things can be sorted out with a conversation.
