Interiorsahihai (“we”, “us”) is a website that helps homeowners in India find interior designers, and helps designers be found. This page explains how we handle the details you share with us when you use this website.
By using the website, you agree to this policy. If you don’t agree with it, please don’t use the website or send us your details.
What we collect
If you’re looking for a designer
Your name, phone number, email, city and area, the kind of property, its size, your budget, whether you’d like Vastu, and anything you write about your project. If you leave a review, we keep what you write and the name you give.
If you’re a designer
Everything you fill in on the application: your name and studio, contact details, city, experience, services and prices, portfolio photos, business details such as GST, social links, and the contact details of past clients you give us for feedback.
From everyone
Messages you send us, and basic technical information that every website receives, such as your browser, device, IP address and the pages you visit. Like most websites, we use cookies to keep the site working and to understand how it’s used.
How we use it
- To pass your enquiry to designers, so they can contact you.
- To send you a confirmation, and later a short request for feedback about your designer.
- To review designer applications, and to contact past clients for feedback.
- To reply to your messages.
- To keep the website running, safe and free of spam, and to make it better.
- Now and then, to tell you about something useful from Interiorsahihai. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
Designers
This is how Interiorsahihai works, so please read it carefully. When you send a quote request, your full enquiry, including your name, phone number and email, is sent to the designer you chose. If you didn’t choose one, it is sent to one or more designers in your city. They may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Designers are independent businesses, not part of Interiorsahihai. Once your details reach a designer, how they use them is their responsibility. We ask every designer to use your details only to talk to you about your project. If you’d rather not hear from a designer again, please tell them directly. If a designer misuses your details, let us know and we will look into it.
The public
Approved designer profiles, portfolio photos, prices and reviews are shown on the website for anyone to see. A review shows the name the reviewer gives.
Services that help us run the website
Such as website hosting, email delivery, maps and basic analytics. They only get what they need to do that job.
When the law requires it
We may share details if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users, designers or ourselves.
We don’t sell or rent your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
For as long as it is useful for the reasons above, or as long as the law asks us to. When it’s no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner, as explained below.
Keeping it safe
We take sensible steps to protect your details, and only people who need them can see them. No website can promise perfect security, though, so please share only what’s needed for your project.
Your choices
- Ask us what details we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct them, or to delete them.
- Ask us to stop sending you updates.
- If you’re a designer, ask us to take your profile down.
Just write to infointeriorsahihai@gmail.com from the email you used with us. We’ll take care of it, unless we need to keep something for legal reasons. Details already sent to a designer are held by that designer, so please contact them as well.
Children
Interiorsahihai is meant for adults. If you’re under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact designers for you.
Changes to this policy
We keep the right to update this policy at any time, as Interiorsahihai grows and circumstances change. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, that means you accept the updated policy. Our Terms of Use explain the other things we may change, such as offers, profiles and badges.
